I’m currently working as a head chef at Meatup Restaurant and this has been since 2020 October: Some of my responsibilities as the head chef include controlling and directing the food operations in the kitchen in an effective manner, creating menus, recipes and managing & working closely with other chefs at all levels. Approving and polishing dishes before customers set their eyes on them etc.
