Salvation Army Employment Plus May 2016 – Current\r\nSite Manager\r\n(Perth)\r\nAfter acting in the role of Site Manager I was promoted to the permanent position. My role is currently focused of implementing site strategies that have been developed in conjunction with myself, other Site Managers and senior leaders. I am also responsible for the recruitment, training and development of all staff for the site. I currently have 7 staff that report directly to me, consisting of three different roles. Other duties include daily and monthly statistic and budgeting reporting, staff performance reviews, strategic development and change management.\r\n\r\nSalvation Army Employment Plus July 2015 – May 2016\r\nSenior Recruiter/Acting Site Manager\r\n(Perth)\r\nIn this role I work with a caseload of job ready candidates to get them into long term sustainable employment. I help to write effective resumes and cover letters. I also work with local businesses to reverse market suitable candidates into new and existing positions. I also handle all aspects of end to end recruitment for various businesses. I assist the team in the office in areas such as dealing with difficult and aggressive candidates, training and development, IT troubleshooting and I am the first point of contact when dealing with any operational queries or issues. Part of my role is mentoring and training staff and managing other recruiters on site. I also spent time in an acting management role while waiting for the permanent manager to start. I conducted performance reviews, reported on site performance and attending management meetings for the region.
