* More than 10 years of IT support expirience\r\n* Expirience on monitoring tool for infrastructure, application and facilities environment\r\n* Incident and requests management via ITSM toll - ServiceNow\r\n* Knowledge of ITIL process\r\n* Knowledge of Windows Servers\r\n* Knowledge of backup and restore process\r\n* Follow SOP to take corrective actions as per defined process\r\n* Contribute to new or modifying existing runboook/SOPs\r\n* Provide support during patching/migration activities\r\n* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\r\n* Flexible to work in 24x7 environment if necessary\r\n* Provide end users support via phone, instant messages and email\r\n* Ability to communicate and coordinate with vendors and other teams\r\n* Incident management\r\n* Available to travels
