January 2012 - September 2014\r\nGrande Diploma in Hospitality Management finising top of class\r\nGrande Diploma in Cheffing finishing top of class\r\n6 month summer course at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon - won cooking competition between 8 countries.
On my off days I prefer to spend time in nature to clear my head and also try some new dishes from local ingredients. I also love spending time with my loved one going out to restaurants and experiencing new dishes and flavours.
