- IQVIA - Operations Specialist II: I worked along with Medical Information and Safety global leaders in a COVID Project. I was a regional lead in charge of supervising a Canada and LATAM hubs to achieve the medical Information call Center KPIs (average speed of answer, abandoned rate, quality check of the calls, quality check calibration with sponsor, rate of verbal / written responses provided within 3 business days, etc). Additionally, during this Time I analyzed KPI data AND country/region data AND provided reports to upper management AND sponsor. I has direct reports in charge which helped me to develop people management skills. I also performed as global product quality complaint lead. \r\n-IQVIA - Associate Manager, Safety Operations: \r\nAs Medical Information Global Leader, I had to monitor the lines and provide support to the regions to ensure the quality of the service. It was a customer facing role considering I has to lead meetings with sponsor, develop work instruction manuals and be on top off telephony constraints at a global level. \r\n- PAREXEL - Project Specialist: During the last year I\'ve been working as project specialist for clinical assays, which Is a customer facing role, provide skills to achieve project milestones. I Also monitor TMF compliance and help project lead to coordinate the project team. I provide resources analysis and flag the functional team about over Burnt or under consumed tasks.
