I cooperate with members of staff in my team on every shift and I endeavour to update the records of the residents to reflect the services rendered to them. I also communicate with residents politely, encouraging them to express their needs at all times.I uphold the diversity and dignity of residents by ensuring that their personal information and data are held with the utmost confidentiality.
