I have an eye for detail so plating is not a problems and I have impressive knife skills as well as plating plating actually cooking, grilling and everything I between.I have obtained a qualification in Hospitality in which I studied 4 years in and also managed to get a Diploma in the French language.I am also part of a team of chefs who cater for events such as birthday parties,weddings,graduation ceremonies as well as family gatherings we provide a range of services from different types of cuisines a client would love to have at their function as well as a bar where I also prepare drinks for the people at the function.
I love cooking and trying new recipes in my free time as well as trying out new things once in a while but I am a bubbly person in the right setting. I also like learning new things in general not only in the culinary world but of the world around me I love reading in my spare time when I have a new book I am glued to it like a child with a new toy.
