Co-ordinate the supply and the flow of the workshop consumables, materials, replacement parts & components.\r\nb. responsible to provide advice to subordinates regarding equipment used.\r\nc. prioritize task to ensure equipment, tools, manpower are available to meet deadlines.\r\nd. carried out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of valves.\r\ne. preform overhauling and maintenance of all types of valves.\r\nf. co-ordinate with another contractor discipline supervisor as required .\r\ng. co-ordinate with other operation managers to increase efficiency.\r\nh. schedule & co-ordinate waste removal.\r\ni. managing work acceptance operations and follow up of it.\r\nj. ensure that the customer is promptly informed and updated on all findings during repair and overhaul.\r\nk. follow up on any Quality issues to ensure correction.\r\nl. responsible for identifying and developing plans to improve delivery performance adjust manpower to ensure the quickest, most efficient and cost efficient means for optimal productivity.\r\n\r\n2.
