1. HCL Technologies- Senior Technical Lead-- (17June to till now)Team lead in assigning the task to team members on Verification and validation studies; Support the Centre of excellence (CoE) on various organization tasks; monitor and get daily updates on the project; Interact with clients to understand the needs and expectation; Involve in SOP, protocol approval, Procurement of lab infrastructure items and consumables; project management, ISO and PCI audit preparedness.\r\n2. IIT Madras - Project Associate (Dec 2018 to Oct 2019)-- Involve in lab experiments in isolating the microorganisms from oil spill and genetically modify them to understand these organism used for remediation work; Achieved 60% growth on the pilot scale study using the organism cocktail on these affected areas.\r\n3. IIT Madras -- Application Scientist-- (Feb 2018 to Dec 2018)-Database creation on all neurologic and brain receptors which are curated manually with all bioactive molecules with all details abstracted from established databases; complete analysis of client\'s interest especially on the receptor protein and then experimenting with these targets with the possible ligands which could provide greater potency and efficacy through computational softwares. \r\n4. Baba Clinical and Genomic Research Centre-- Research Associate-- (Aug 2015 to Jan 2018) - Responsible for Laboratory maintenance and daily and weekly routines; Procurement of lab consumables and instruments; Involved in Cell lines maintenance, experimentation,& storage; Lab trainings to students on Microbiology and Molecular biology techniques ( hands-on); Counsel the students on uptaking projects and training based on their interests; Negotiate with vendors on lab supplies.
