I started my journey with a multinational company in a Paint industry in India where it\'s a saying that a person who\'d worked in a Paints industry can tackle any business no matter which industry it is because in Paint it\'s always developing different tactics every seconds for sales and marketing by handling many multitasking tasks of every verticals along with attending calls on first priorities. My convincing and communication skills makes me a robust person when it comes to closing a deal and building a rapport with clients. My routine activities since from last 4 years has made me used to of this sales business that now it\'s just a cup of tea in developing in any of the other industry because the mindset becomes in a creative mode which makes everything successful.

In my current role as a Senior sales officer, I have successfully worked to achieve a 5-star ratings where also got awarded twice the certificate titled as a Regional Champion for mapping & expanding business by increasing channel partner network in a tough competitive market. Had also forecasted, analysed, planned and designed sales & marketing strategies by analysing realistic markets and analytical reports of Oracle which resulted a territory sales value growth of 71% and almost an average of 70% growth of sales on every routine monthly basis over the last year and this rigorous growth was not an exception even in the corona covid pandemic and yes it was just a fast moving achievement. My ability to build consistent rapport with clients with their trust and my multitasking strength with an innovative approach to every concept, plans & projects has made it delivered results and exceeded growth.

With a solid background of delivering KPI\'s of business and motivating team to fulfil their KRA\'s in dynamics market, I\'m excited and fearless to contribute my expertise, experience & to upgrade my exposure globally at UK\'s organisation.
