1. Maintains relationship with clients by providing support information and guidance researching and\r\n recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvement.\r\n2. Understood customer requirements and offered product accordingly.\r\n3. Generate digital marketing campaign direct towards Target audience member.\r\n4. Keep an active social media presence to reach new customers.\r\n5. Assist avarage of 20 customers per day in finding or selecting item and providing recommendation.\r\n6. Maintain relationships with marchant vendor, store and customers.\r\n7. Attend monthly training for sales officer to talk about importance such as customer needs\r\n assessment.\r\n8. Responsible for solving costomer complains and providing information regarding products.
