I worked with Kostpro from May 2019 to May 2022.\r\n\r\nQuantity Surveyor Commercial manager at Crownhouse Logistics and Construction Limited (Contractor/Builder) Accra-Ghana; I\'m in charge of subcontract preparation and evaluation of prospective subcontractors\' offers/bids. In addition, I make sure reasonable project budget is prepared and adhered to, recording variations and creating awareness of Project Director and Project Manager for actions taken in including or vice versa, preparation of interim valuations, measurement of variations and RFA\'s, cost-value reconciliation.
