1. Project Quantity Surveyor, MACE YMR Uganda. August 2021 to date\r\n Responsible as cost consultant for 30 Health centres in Eastern Uganda under Ministry of Education. Post Contract. Project value USD 12 m. \r\n During post contract, I carried out Valuations, Financial appraisals, site inspections and meetings, Monthly and quarterly progress reports.\r\n\r\n2. Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, UNMISS South Sudan. May 2017 to May 2021 \r\n Responsible for a variety of projects from inception to completion starting with tender preparation, BoQs, estimates, ToRs and SOWs, \r\n tendering, valuations, construction supervision, contract administration, cost analysis, progress reports, financial appraisals and final accounts.\r\n The projects included a water pipeline, transport workshops in 7 locations, waste water treatment plant, a carwash, a welfare building, a road \r\n network for a camp, a correction facility, ablutions and kitchens for troops in10 locations, a solar farm and security camp entrances in 5 \r\n locations.\r\n\r\n3. Project Quantity Surveyor, Newplan (U) Ltd. June 2016 to May 2017\r\n Responsible as cost consultant for a one-stop border post during post contract. Carried out Valuations, financial appraisal and quarterly \r\n progress report.\r\n \r\n4. Quantity Surveyor, Integrated YMR Partnership Uganda May 2011 to May 2016, \r\n Carried out both precontract and post contract activities including Tendering, cost estimates, prepared bills of quantities, measurements for valuations, valuations for certification, financial appraisals, final accounts and progress reports
