Collections Qualifications:\r\n\r\n-Negotiate with members in order to cure past due consumer loan and credit card accounts within Federal and State laws and industry regulations. \r\n\r\n-Investigate available resources to identify and locate current contact information for members that have become unreachable. \r\n\r\n-Determine appropriate forms of assistance for members based on causes of delinquency and assistance eligibility (refinances, extensions, etc). \r\n\r\n-Adapt and comply with ever changing industry and company regulations and procedures.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTechnical: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.\r\n\r\n
