Prince Supermarket (2019 Till date)\r\n\r\nI started as a sales attendant, relating with customers and ensuring they are pleased \r\ncoming and their is a second buy for the company.(2019)\r\n\r\nAt Prince Supermarket,I later got a promotion to the Outbound Security, in which I got responsibility of taking care of company properties, goods, staff, and is a priority that every goods leaving the store is paid for or have a paper work (2020-2021)\r\n\r\nI later got another promotion to be a Procurement staff in charge of Frozen department, with a responsibility of ensuring that their is availability of stocks for customers, am concerned with sales, standard of stocks, safety and maintenance of equipment in my custody used for selling. 2021 till date.\r\n\r\nOUT CESS NIGERIA LTD (2018 - 2019)\r\nI worked as a customer service officer, the firm is representing different telecommunication firm such as Airtel, MTN, Glo, Go Television and lots more, my duties include resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media, also Informing customers of promotions, deals, special offers, and also to sell products and services.\r\n\r\nCARE GIVER (2013 - 2018)\r\nThis was done at Swift Works Residence in Conjunction with Kaplan College where I worked as the House Master with duties of giving listening ear to our clients for them to be comfortable. It has to do with ensuring that things goes on fine at the accommodation, the facility been in good shape and functionality. I could also get involved in running the water treatment plant, little plumbing work, and generator maintenance.\r\nI also ensure the environment is calm, meals are ready on time, taking inventory of stocks inflow and calculating the usage of those same stock and also ensuring the students are safe and comfortable.
