I am working as Lead PLM Consultant for more than 5 years now and I also have industry experience in Apparel industry as Merchandiser.

I have worked in various PLM implementation projects. I was solely responsible for leading workshops to gather business requirements, documenting functional design document. I also worked closely with development team to get the requirement developed properly. I was also responsible for validating the requirements with client, running UAT and end user training.

I have sound knowledge of PLM system and also I am aware of the business process so I think as a PLM consultant you should have both who can help the team to transform business requirements into system.
