Designation : Manager IT Service Delivery – Technical & Infrastructure Support.\r\nDuration : March ’09 to May ‘19\r\n\r\nAbout the Company: Bank Dhofar (SAOG) is one of the largest banks in Oman today with a strong presence in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury, Private Banking and Asset Management.\r\n \r\nRoles & Responsibilities: \r\n\r\nManage IT Service Delivery Team including Helpdesk, Desktop and Project Delivery/Rollouts.\r\nProvide L2 support & L3 support in coordination with vendors, Business and IT support staff.\r\nApply O.S Patches, upgrades, add new services and schedule maintenance activities.\r\nTechnical support and Management of End user security systems like antivirus, DLP, Encryption & patch management.\r\nEnsure compliance of Information Security Policy, Internal Audit, PCI DSS requirements and also participate in IT infrastructure section audits.\r\nAdministration and Support for Virtual Infrastructure using VMware.\r\nAssist with technical issues in various IT Projects activities including Support, Operations, Testing, UAT and rolling-out the solutions across the organization. \r\nPerform daily system monitoring, verifying Integrity and availability of all hardware, Desktops, server resources, backups and processes.\r\nSupport , Upgrade and manage MacAfee EPolicy Orchestrator for product’s like DLP,VSE,EEPC,MNE for 1800 plus end user machines.\r\nManage IT Procurements area including vendor assessment, RFP, Asset Management, Capex, Opex, IT Budget and AMC contracts.\r\nManaged IT staff, including hiring, training, performance coaching and talent management.\r\nWorking with Business units and IT to research, document and resolve related system issues\r\nManage DR & BCP, including DR Document updating, Site maintenance and conduct tests.\r\n
