I implemented network security measures, managed user accounts and access controls, performed backups and disaster recovery procedures, collaborated on IT projects and provided technical support to end users.\r\nInformation Technology Intern September 2019 - September 2020\r\n:I managed and maintained the organization\'s IT infrastructure, provided technical support to end users, resolved network connectivity issues, implemented IT security policies, delivered user training sessions, conducted vulnerability assessments, and managed vendor relationships.
