1.Hvac service technician\r\nTo undertake all duties in a safe, tidy and responsible manner in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.\r\nTo carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service are in completed within agreed timescales\r\nTo carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment similar to the above.\r\nReact quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue\r\nTroubleshoots fault finding systems to determine the cause of the malfunction.\r\nRequisitioning the necessary supplies, equipment and tools, monitoring inventory and working within a budget.\r\nInspect HVAC and other breakdown work in facilities and their components to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance\r\n2.HVAC technician facilities management\r\nCarry out safe working practices and observing safety EH&S rules at all times.\r\nCarry out Planned preventative Maintenance activities on various plant, machinery, HVAC, building maintenance.\r\nDeliver Planned, Reactive and Installation works in both internal and external areas in facilities.\r\nCarry out a range of general maintenance duties across buildings including mechanical and electrical repairs and installations in the key areas of plant.\r\nSupervise and support external sub-contractors as required, assisting with the scheduling and allocation of duties and to ensure they conform to current Health and Safety regulations concerning safe working practices.\r\nCarry out the inspection and compilation survey reports in Ms Word ,Excel of the building equipment\'s and facility condition.\r\n3.AC technician\r\nSame as above \r\n\r\n\r\n
