Implemented performance, quality and efficiency measures to achieve aggressive production goals.\r\n• Manage documentation of and training on production procedures and work instruction.\r\n• Supervise working of all panel departments and provide appropriate training to all employees. \r\nPLANT SUPERVISOR March 2014 to July 2014 (4 Months)\r\nMashal Chemicals, Bahrain.\r\n\r\n(Products: Multipurpose Detergent, Liquid Hand soap, Dish wash liquids etc...) \r\n• Assist to operate Tally Computer system and monitor all plant activities.\r\n• Supervise working of all panel departments and provide appropriate training to all employees.\r\n• Revises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems\r\n\r\nPROCESS TECHNICIAN October 2011 to September 2013 (2 Years) \r\nNestle (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Jurong – Singapore.\r\n(Products : Coffee powder (Nescafe 3in1), Malted Beverage Powder (Milo) & Soya Sauce) \r\n• Assist to supervise to meet company KPI’s, MSA, LE & LP.\r\n• Entries data of production record in SAP and on time closing of PO’s.\r\n• Attend SHE meeting and participate in risk assessment review.\r\n• Applying productivity improvement approached on daily and shift wise basis through better planning between manufacturing and packing.\r\n• Complete end to end planning, direction and coordination of all the manufacturing process.\r\n• Ensure associates comply with company systems such as ISO, OSHA, GMP, 5S, OEE and implement new systems and when it is required.\r\n• Responsible for having safe work instructions available for all positions. Processes are run in accordance with SOP’s, SSOP’s and other documentation.\r\n\r\n
