Detail orientated Chemistry Teacher

I have great interests in the teaching and learning of chemistry and biology. My focus number one is mainly to try and get the best out of my students. This has been achieved by having very close interactions at the classroom level and outside classroom hours through follow ups and organizing remedial programs.\r\nI am an accredited rugby 15s and 7s referee and coach. This is due to my passion I have for rugby as a sport.\r\nI love hiking as it is one way of maintaining my physical fitness.\r\nSocializing, making friends and networking is at the center of my personality.

i have had the privilege of working in my current station for close to a decade. With the rich experience, I have been entrusted to oversee two main departments, namely Head of Science and Head of sports and games. In undertaking these responsibilities, I have been tasked to ensure.\r\nI organize and participate in departmental meetings to provide input to colleagues about students\' academic achievements and areas of improvements. \r\nCollaborating with other faculty, staff and students to identify and address institutional challenges.\r\ndevising programs that promotes diversity and inclusion among staff, faculty and students.\r\nTo initiate programs that supports students mental, physical and social development using games and activities. \r\nIncorporate multiple games and activities to help accommodate learners with different needs.\r\nOrganizing championships.
