Functional Responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager:
Coordination with client to issue final approved drawings along with the technical specifications of the project to organize the resources and site requirements.
Mobilization of resources like manpower & equipment for execution of the project, based on the site requirement.
Fixing sub-contractors and local resources along with labours /workers for initializing the project.
Make available all material, manpower, machinery, etc, for the smooth execution of work.
Planning & organizing the day to day activities of staff, sub-contractors’ work force, etc. as per the project plan to make good progress.
Sorting all technical details and problems at the site as per the specifications required by the client.
Coordinate with the Engineers from the client/government organizations, company and all other staff to sort out all technical and site related issues.
Overseeing the smooth execution of the work technically and as per the project specifications for completion of work as per the project schedule. Take corrective action if there is any bottleneck area and to report the progress to management on regular basis.
Reporting the progress of work regularly on weekly basis to the Head office and overseeing the cost report along with expenditure of funds.
Attending client meetings to discuss and update client regarding the developments and progress of work.

I am authorized as the Power of Attorney on behalf of the company for signing of Client Bills.
Check and sign all the measurements after client inspection and approval. Generate Invoice, follow-up & collection of the Payments from the client.

Monitor & control all cost and site expenses on daily basis to keep the outflow of funds within limit.
Obtain Project Completion Certificate from Client/Government Agency and settle all issues related to the project amicably.
