Responsibilities:
– Formulates and implements sales strategies to penetrate new and existing market
– Builds up and maintains business plan within volumes, turnovers, and budgets for wholesale business
– Propose, adjust and implement the trade commercial policy
– Conducts negotiations on delivery, payment and other conditions, within the boundaries of the business plan for PUMA wholesales customers
– Reports periodically on the progress and results, analysis developments and make recommendations

Responsibilities:
– Full support for SM in implementing sales & marketing programs at the wholesalers partners
– Ensure that the proper visual merchandising is done in all PUMA retail-systems and also for the wholesalers
– Continuously seek for new business opportunities and new accounts, both wholesale and Teamsport
– Working with accounts on repeats and looking for in season sales opportunities
– Identify B2B new opportunities and propose action plans
– Identify new opportunities in Teamsport (such as Football clubs, Handball, Running, Rugby, etc), develop business in this area and maintain a good relationship with the clubs.
Achievements for both positions:
– Achievement of annual budgeted results
– Development of the wholesale distribution from scratch to over 60 customers with more than 200 stores over the country
– Development of B2B distribution from 0 to more than 150 customers ( including the Teamsport business)
– Successfully build PUMA brand as leading brand visibility in Romanian football : achieve several PUMA teams in Romania first league such as Rapid Bucharest, Sportul Studentesc, FC Brasov, Petrolul Ploiesti, FC Viitorul , Astra Giurgiu, Gloria Bistrita, CS Severin and Otelul Galati
– Implemented, from 2009 until 2015, of the project related to sponsoring the Romanian Football Cup with special design of the official ball and referee equipment
– Bring under Puma umbrella iconic Romanian football players as endorsement contracts, players such as – George Ogararu, Eduard Stancioiu, Raul Rusescu, Gabriel Tamas, Cosmin Moti, Ousmane N’doye, etc, but also, the all-time biggest Romanian Football player – Gheoghe Hagi – through sustaining his project ‘Academia de Fotbal Gheorghe Hagi’
– Implemented the most successful integrated sales & marketing campaign for football in 2010 – „Love = Football”

Responsibilities:
– Assure to deliver Ursus volumes through distributor sales team according to the business plan for sector 4 & 5, in Bucharest – on premise accounts
– Implement and coordinating sales strategies and trade marketing activities in assigned territory, maintaining and developing relationships with actual customers and identifying new potential ones
– Directly manage all aspects of assigned sales territory.
– Increase the availability and visibility of products in new and existing on premise accounts

Responsibilities:
– Promoting products and promotional activities of Heineken Romania SA consistent with the strategy and company policy
– Secure display space, shelf space and share of cold box
– Improve Heineken Romania status by building displays, resetting cold boxes, and increasing visibility through additional point-of-sale, plan promotion activities, offer after sale follow-through
– Introduce and sell in new SKU’s and packages including activities to support sell through
