My main tasks is to assist customer in regards to their subscription for any issue that they are facing. I work in Cyberone.ph Inc for almost one year and half (May 2016-January 2018). In my current job in Concentrix Malaysia, I formed significant customer relationships resulting to reached out target every month and being a top performer for 3 consecutive years. My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting the target at all times. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done and doing an extra an miles.
