I have been in the customer service industry for the past 6 years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls, chats and emails in the high tech industry. My main tasks is to assist customer in regards to their subscription for any issue that they are facing. I work in Cyberone.ph Inc for almost one year and half (May 2016-January 2018). In my current job in Concentrix Malaysia, I formed significant customer relationships resulting to reached out target every month and being a top performer for 3 consecutive years. My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting the target at all times.
