Business Development Director seeking overseas role

To Whom It May Concern\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMy management career has spanned the last 25 years, working in various management roles covering Hotel & Catering, Sales & Marketing, and Business & Product Development. Knowledge and hands on experience gained throughout the early years have proven priceless.\r\n\r\nI spent a number of years in the medical business, dealing with waste handling & disposal solutions for domestic, hazardous and non-hazardous medical waste, as well as product development and training for same. As a major shareholder in this particular business, I sat on the Board of Directors with the responsibility for business growth and development, spending a number of years expanding the company’s horizons. \r\n\r\nI also played a major role in the successful formation of a number of subsidiary companies. These included an H&S Training Company and a 24hrs Nationwide Maintenance Company. Natural progression took me into the UK market and the opening of a Northern Ireland based company to handle UK Healthcare and Emergency Services contracts. \r\n\r\nThrough the pursuit of product development, I have travelled extensively, dealing with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, increasing my knowledge, experience and awareness within the purchasing and logistical fields.\r\n\r\nAlthough I am not financially qualified, I have gained an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company finances, including invoicing, credit control as well as budgeting and forecasting.\r\n\r\nOver the last few years, I have moved towards the Waste-to-Energy business, focusing on the use, development and implementation of existing technologies to harness the maximum yield in the conversion of various waste streams into a renewable energy source.\r\n\r\nMy strengths are sales and development, reaching out to new markets, building a strong client base and managing the growth of new business. I adapt very well to changing climates and offer an experienced contribution to any team charged with the task of improving a company’s market position as well as increasing sales and profit.
