Ancoris - Hired by the BeechTree Capital (current PE owners) to join there new portfolio business to help set up the GTM function ready for growth from £16m revenue to £75m+ and exit. Write sized team based on skills and performance gaps, rehired from 5 to 14 FTE\'s plus management, new BDR team and new Marketing team. Designed and implemented new product propositions and worked closely with Google UK on there sale into there channel. Resigned due to CEO\'s change of strategic direction.\r\nCloud factory - Drove the EMEA investment program following series C funding round of $75m. Hired a new team, rebuild CRM platform, launched new comp and sales management framework. Left due to being head hunted.\r\nVonage - Ran the New Business function in UK & I, focused on driving subscription sales of the Contact Centre product that integrated into SF.com.
