Assistant Guest Services Manager- Jumeirah Zabeel Saray- 2019-2021\r\n Responsible for leading the team ensuring smooth operation and providing excellent guest service experience.\r\nHandling Guest requests, complaints in a efficient and professional manner and obtaining their feedback for further improvement.\r\nMaintaining professional relationship with inter depart.\r\nAssisting the colleagues in busy operations.\r\nAssisting the department head with departmental and managerial tasks.\r\nUpdating Guest feedback, colleague comment and taking measure necessary action.\r\nCoaching, training and on the job training session to the new joiners.\r\nMaking the roster for the colleagues.\r\nKeeping the track record of vacations, PHs of the colleagues and approving them accordingly as per business needs.\r\nLast but not the least, always eager to help and assist who ever needs my assistance.\r\n\r\nFront Office Team Leader- Jumeirah Emirates Towers- 2018-2019\r\n\r\nSupervising the team with positive attitude to ensure smooth operation.\r\nProviding excellent guest experience at all times.\r\nRoom assignment, VIP arrival report, Amenities and rooms inspection.\r\nFollow up the payments from Travel Agents, Company and any other third parties.\r\nScheduling the staffs according to the business needs.\r\nLast but not the least, always provide the full support to the team.\r\n\r\nFront Office Supervisor- Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort- 2017-2018\r\n\r\nSupervision the team with positive hands on attitude.\r\nAlways ensuring to provide high quality of guest experience in order to exceed their expectation.\r\nMaking the duty roster for the staffs.\r\nPerforming assigned tasks by the Duty Manager on timely manner.\r\n
