May 2016-Present:\r\nI currently work for Minster Insulation who are an insulation and dry lining distributor, my position here is an Area Sales Manager.\r\nMy main duties include:\r\n• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company\'s products. • Reaching the targets and goals set for my area.\r\n• Establishing, maintaining and expanding my customer base. • Servicing the needs of my existing customers.\r\n• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.\r\n• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.\r\n• Monitoring my team\'s performance and motivating them to reach targets. • Compiling and analysing sales figures.\r\n• Collecting customer feedback and market research.\r\n• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.\r\nMy most successful achievements within this role were:\r\n• In my time at Minster one of my main focuses has been developing dormant customers. I have developed a large amount of dormant accounts, increasing their credit limits and in some cases tripling their monthly spend with Minster. I have also introduced over 60 new accounts to our customer base.\r\n• Making external sales calls to customers offices or premises to promote the Minster brand to new prospective customers and reinstating the Minster brand to retain existing customers.\r\n• Using a programme called SalesForce to proactively secure and manage a respectable amount of large ongoing contracts, predominately in central London.\r\n\r\nMay 2012-May 2016:\r\nI worked for SIG - an insulation and dry lining distributor, where my position was a Sales Coordinator.\r\nMy main duties included:\r\n• Ensuring continuous sales growth by project management of existing customer accounts and new -accounts. I do this by:\r\n- Engaging with customers through direct telephone sales\r\n- Face-to-face communication through site visits\r\n- Price negotiation\r\nProactive development of new sales opportunities to both existing and prospective customers.\r\n• Processing material orders from customers and providing expert advice and knowledge on the products and services SIG provide.\r\nMy most successful achievements within this role were:\r\n• I attended an office partitioning training course and became solely responsible for the sales of partitioning at SIG Maidstone. I maximised our sales in partitioning products but I also built a respectable customer base.\r\n
