I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Groupon Account catering people form United Kingdom and Ireland at SITEL Philippines where I was able to develop and enhanced my abilities and skills in handling customer’s queries. Then, I became a part time Secretary/Receptionist at Lemars Hotel where I warmly welcomes guests and clients, responsible for answering phone calls and emails, etc. For more than a year, I also became part of STELLAR as a Customer Service Representative/Flight Reservation Specialist for Jetstar Airways, an airline catering people mostly from Australia and other Asian country like Japan, Singapore, Indonesia & many more, actively handling flight reservations for customers. I also had formal trainings during my college years and engaged into different organizations and activities.
