Skills Provision is searching for a VP of Corporate Finance for a company in the United Arab Emirates.

The Role

• Be able to establish priorities in regard to business and transactions
• Be a good mentor who supports the spearheading of the department
• Identifying, pitching and originating transactions
• Setting priorities
• Managing transactions and team members
• Communicating & managing different constituencies
• Closing transactions
• Setting standards, training & developing resources & team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience
• Qualified chartered accountant or similar
• Leadership qualities, initiative, motivation and transaction closing experience and success record in the industry and in general
• Strong systems and processes-based thinker
