Salary & Benefits

• €45,000 pa
• Benefits package available

The Role

• Working in the pastry preparation section of the restaurant you will be required to utilise your technical skills to produce creative, appealing, and high-quality cake decorations.
• Assist in other areas as and when required.
• Work outside the main restaurant on special occasions.
• To assist the Head Chef as and when required.
• To produce menus and order products.
• Mentor junior chefs.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have gained their experience in a 5-star hotel or have considerable experience in a professional kitchen.
• You must be a highly creative individual who can work in a high stress environment taking direction from the Head Chef.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ Chefs.
• Fluent in German.
• A focus on providing high quality customer service.
• Hard working and dedicated.
• Strong team member with high principles.
• A lover of the food industry.
