The Role

• Understand the company`s marketing and export strategy
• Participation in the selection of distributors
• Action plan to achieve a market leader position
• Introducing common indicators (KPI) along with the distributor
• Assessment of business risks
• Ensuring a profitable and cost-effective operation
• Creating a targeted retail sales plan
• Improve profitability

Requirements

• Perfect knowledge of the local beverages market
• At least 3 years sales experience in the beverages field
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Advanced level qualifications
• Professional history of proven effectiveness
• High-level communication and negotiation skills, Confident decision-making ability
• Ability to strategic planning and consistent implementation
• Handling of priority, advanced level of `Task and Time Management`
• Reliable independent work, success-oriented, energetic personality
