Vacancy for a 3rd Line Support Engineer, UK

3rd Line IT Support Engineer is required with SQL experience. This position is located in London, United Kingdom.

Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 – £60,000 p/a depending on experience

The Role

The successful candidate will need broad Microsoft based IT Infrastructure knowledge especially across Windows Server technologies. In addition, this role will have responsibility for SQL database administration and any future deployment of these systems. Working in a flat IT structure the role will be at the coal face so experience of dealing with users direct at a 2nd and 3rd support line is essential.

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Minimum of 3 years SQL based experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft systems
• Strong understanding of server-based technology
• Confident IT operator
• Mix well in a large team
• High levels of English required (written & oral)
