The Role

• Responsible for project implementation and technical support of UC&C products, including hardware and software installation and commissioning.
• Responsible for maintenance of UC&C products, including routine inspection, troubleshooting, ensuring the system running well.
• Responsible for UC&C products knowledge transfer to partner on hardware installation and software commissioning.
• Discussing and participating the realization and optimization of UC&C products network design.
• Production of customer support documentation for UC&C products.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or any related qualifications
• 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a UC&C Engineer in the ICT industry, computer science, network communication, or software related
• Cisco Network Certification desirable
• Hardworking nature
