Technical Leader Required in Ghana

Our client is driving the wet infrastructure sector globally. They provide services in, technical engineering and construction. The wet infrastructure sector serves a variety of water-related projects and programs ranging from the water supply, treatment and storage to water resources management.

Location: Ghana, Africa

Position: Technical Discipline Leader Planning & Permitting

Salary & Benefits

• $7000-$10,000 pm

The Role

• Ensure the current and future technical capability of the Group.
• Maximise the utilisation of the discipline group and work with other Technical Discipline Leaders to maximise utilisation of all technical resources.
• Appoint and manage technical specialists and regional discipline leads.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve discipline processes, guides, tools and templates.
• Ensure the technical quality of our product through the implementation of the technical governance processes.
• Support marketing and bid activities.
• Allocate appropriate resources to delivery teams to maximise value and production efficiency.
• Ensure the well-being of staff associated with the technical discipline.

Requirements

• Relevant degree
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the wet sector
• Sector related qualifications
• Capability to manage from the front
• Dedicated operator
• Inspirational leader
• Process mind-set
