The Role

• Effectively applying technical knowledge to pre-sales situations and crafting solutions for clients
• Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with clients
• Tailoring and architecting complex large-scale solutions to meet the needs of clients
• Provide technical consulting expertise and leadership to internal project teams and clients
• Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to colleagues
• Share knowledge and experience through formal and informal management initiatives
• Assist sales in technical pre-sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field
• Technical knowledge and experience in enterprise-level software solutions
• Technical competence and experience with ITIL based Service Management tools
• Demonstrated success in a software presales consulting role
• Demonstrated success in closing large sales
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
• Strong sales & negotiation skills
• Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
• Ability to present proposals persuasively
• Excellent team skills
• Winning attitude
