Skills Provision is searching for a Senior Program Manager for a company in the United States.

Our client is a major supplier of Engineering Support Services, the position of Senior Program Manager is a key appointment within the business.

Role

• Maintain written records and reports.
• Maintain ISO procedures and provide feedback to Quality Control.
• Direct customer support and liaison for specific products.
• Direct customer contact and at least weekly on-site visitations.
• Determine manpower requirements needed to maintain and grow accounts.
• Determine Engineering needs based on customer requirements and communicate back to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate and establish production schedules with the planning group.
• Maintain records and provide status reports keeping team members informed.
• Responsible for service, cost, delivery, and quality of assigned product lines.
• Act as focal point between the Customer, and internal departments including Engineering, Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Other duties as defined by the Director of Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Engineering.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Comprehend and apply principles of basic algebra, geometry, and statistical theory.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• A strong manager willing to mentor junior members of the team.
