Role

• Define and implement department strategies.
• Develop and manage eCommerce portfolios.
• Ensure cross-organisational alignment and communication.
• Strengthen department leadership.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Ensure business needs are being met evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans.
• Drive the execution of multiple business projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing in a retail environment.
• Exceptional skills as an IT user.
• Excellent report writing skills.
