Senior IT Project Manager Needed in the Netherlands

Skills Provision is searching for an IT Senior Project Manager for an FMCG company in the Netherlands.

The Role

• To advise and support the Directors in undertaking new IT initiatives.
• To develop key work streams of the IT programs in close liaison with other departments.
• To ensure that all IT Programs are delivered in accordance with the corporate approach to project management, including taking the lead on ensuring quality feasibility studies.
• Ensure alignment and sustainability of IT initiatives in line with corporate aims.
• Ensure appropriate links with other projects and strategies and ensure appropriate ownership of risks and dependencies between projects is identified and managed.
• Support development of clear case for change, desired outcomes, accurate scope, clear roles and decision-making.
• Lead and manage process engineering programs.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
• To manage on a day-to-day basis staff, contractors, and consultants in line with the program and project requirements.
• To recruit, manage, develop, and review team member’s performance to ensure the delivery of effective services.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ experience at a Mid to Senior IT level.
• Extensive experience in Program management in a complex and multi-disciplinary organisation.
• Excellent practical understanding of IT operations.
• Strong ethical manager.
• Hardworking attitude.
• Capable of mentoring junior team members.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
