The employer is a rapidly growing international software company searching for a strong Financial Analyst to support their growth and development.

Role

• Perform regular financial reviews/presentations.
• Carry out individual financial analysis on all products.
• Work with internal groups to understand, track and forecast the demand for products.
• Perform in-depth cost, capacity, and revenue analysis.
• Analyse operational spending categories for revenue and cost optimisation.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and/or expense analyses on complex projects/problems.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly results.
• Track & analyse product supply chain vs. demand.
• Monthly forecasting processes including template development, data collection, rollup reporting and preparing presentations.
• Assist/Co-own all aspects of the annual budgeting for assigned business functional areas.
• Support accounting with month/quarter end close and accrual process.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, preferably Masters.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a financial environment, preferably IT related.
• Solid analytical mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Influential persona.
• Strong teamwork bias.
• Excellent at building corporate relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
