Skills Provision is searching for a Sales Manager for a prestigious company in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, execution and implementation of the company’s strategic business plan.

The Role

  • Lead the development of sales-based strategies for the long-term development of the company
  • Represent the company with major customers, partners, industries, civil and government authorities, and the market in general.
  • Advise senior company management on strategies, business development, alliances, partnerships, value-added programmes, and investments related to market opportunities.
  • Foster teamwork within the organisation.
  • Ensure the values and competitive advantages are fully deployed.
  • Monitor top named accounts through personal contact; report back to the company the customers’ perceptions; ensure that other feedback systems are effective and that all corrective actions are taken to the satisfaction of customers.
  • Develop and maintain an environment where employees can achieve their potential and thrive through fair, competitive and equitable policies and practices.
  • Work with other lines of business (Practices, Legal, Finance, HR, etc.) and ensures that the needs of the businesses are met and that the infrastructure contributes to the quality, growth and profitability.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Excellent track record in an aggressive business environment
  • Understanding and experience with Enterprise solutions and projects
  • Ability to identify, develop and implement new business areas
  • Proven strong leadership skills (inspiring leaders)
  • Vision and creativity, positive attitude
  • Organisational design and development/change management capabilities
  • Ability to manage and lead in a large corporate organisation
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Quick to identify and manage risks
