Skills Provision is searching for a Regional Manager for a company in Denmark.

The holder of this position is responsible for multiple offices throughout Denmark. They are to act as the primary leader for the company and the acknowledged expert in sales growth and customer service.

Role

• The Regional Manager oversees new accounts and drives organic growth.
• Implementing strategies to ensure key sales initiatives are executed and consistent with company goals and objectives.
• The Regional Manager is expected to set aggressive targets for the whole organisation.
• Work closely with other managers and senior operators to develop initiatives that grow sales revenue consistently.
• Recruit and develop new team members and leaders to achieve consistency.
• Charged with ensuring each location maintains high standards and fully focused on achieving all set goals.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a B2B, outside sales environment, ideally from within a service and/or distributed sales organisation.
• Ability to identify, align with and aggressively drive the business forward.
• Strong leadership skills focused on hiring motivated staff and identifying and grooming internal talent.
• Demonstrated ability to produce year over year growth through aggressive sales execution and motivation.
• Strong, proven financial planning and execution experience.
• Results-oriented winner.
• Dominant personality and over achiever.
