Skills Provision is searching for a Regional Healthcare Manager for a leading multi-disciplined provider covering the whole of France.

The Role

• Build and leverage strategic industry partnerships.
• New client acquisition and development.
• Help implement PR strategy.
• Leverage existing client relationships to produce more business.
• Ensure there is a proper balance between work backlog and staff resources.
• Attend and provide input on monthly business development meetings.
• Ensure full scope design strategies are developed and implemented when writing proposals to meet the needs and expectations of the client.
• Responsible for office project labour and expense budgets.
• Responsible for client service evaluations and interviews.
• Committed to design excellence and constant improvement of processes that facilitate the best service possible.
• Responsible for QA/QC within the Healthcare market, ensuring that appropriate projects are reviewed.

Requirements

• Degree in a related/relevant subject
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
• Professional qualifications recognised in France
• Project management experience
• Natural flair for leadership
• Committed, hardworking, setting a positive example
• Strong IT user skills
• Able to produce corporate-based reports
• Fluent (written and oral in French and English)
