Skills Provision is searching for a Production Administrator for a company in the United States.

Our client is looking for a new Administrator to work in their Wine Bottling Plant in California.

Salary & Benefits

• $64,000 p/a

Role

• Work with the Production Management in coordinating bottle inventory and material orders.
• Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all departments.
• Works with the Sustainability Coordinator in gathering and monitoring of data, researching ways to conserve energy, and reduce waste.
• Assist the IT Department in developing and maintaining a disaster recovery program.
• Manage the prevention-based food safety system.
• Assist production management in compliance with federal and state regulations as they pertain to a winery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a beverage/food production environment.
• Prior knowledge of the wine industry.
• Strong business acumen.
• Organised and diligent mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Above average IT user skills.
• Hardworking nature.
• Valid Driving/Forklift Licenses.
