Mid-Tier Accountant Required in Kuwait

Skills Provision is searching for a mid-tier accountant, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

The Role

• Prepare journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts; prepares monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
• Analyse and reconcile expenditure and revenue accounts, including trustee accounts and investment reports.
• Make wire transfers and journal funding transfers and reconciles monthly bank statements.
• Monitor grant revenues and expenditure, ensuring data is recorded in the company’s financial accounting system.
• Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
• Prepare audit schedules for external auditors.
• Prepares and files annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets.
• Assists with the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting or relevant field
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to comprehend complex scenarios
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language

• Willing to learn and improve
