The Role

• As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be required to build on and deliver an internal communications strategy across programmes and channels relating to internal communications.
• You will be reporting to Internal Communications, the role is responsible for managing key messages, influencing, and managing the culture in line with the company’s vision, mission, and values, and driving key business results.
• The successful candidate will be required to influence leaders and managers, drive employee engagement and behaviours, whilst bringing a global, collaborative perspective to projects.
• Provide consultation and create guidelines and toolkits for cascading corporate and business information, mainly (but not restricted to) operational areas of the business.
• Design, develop and implement communications initiatives both top-down and bottom-up.
• Research, provide consultation and recommendations on new and emerging trends in internal communications (mobiles and tablets, live webcasting, social media applications) and lead its implementation.
• Measure the impact of internal communications activities to ensure employee engagement.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field
• Strong IT skill set
• Dynamic personality
• Work well in a busy and vibrant team
• Strong communication skill levels
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & oral)
• Proficient at report writing
