Skills Provision is searching for a Human Resources Specialist for a company in Bulgaria.

Salary

3,800 BGN p/m

The Role

• Responsible for all human resource activity, to include but not limited to, recruitment and retention, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training and development.
• Interview job applicants; review applications/resumes; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.
• Maintain employment documentation, job descriptions and job evaluation forms.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Recommend, develop, and schedule training and development courses.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• Maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience
• Hold a relevant degree
• Secondary qualifications would be advantageous
• Ability to provide leadership, accept responsibility, work independently, and set own goals in a professional manner.
• Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Dedicated outlook
• Strong emphasis on teamwork
• Exceptional IT user skills
