Skills Provision is searching for a Director of Operations for a company in Denmark.

Our client supplies interactive entertainment systems specifically designed for integration into both fitness equipment and personal viewing screens for cardio related machines.

Role

• Hire, train, lead and manage a team of network deployment professionals.
• Source, evaluate, select, and train a national network of certified installers.
• Oversee partner project management, site deployment success and quality.
• Closely monitor all aspects of technical support.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Oversee all contractor support.
• Make sure daily manpower levels are sufficient.
• Oversee the creation, update, and publishing of regular status reports.

Requirements

• Vast experience in corporate management.
• Suitably qualified.
• Network experience essential.
• History of sourcing, contracting, and managing technical deployment partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Danish & English).
• Excellent IT user skills.
• Self-motivated, results driven.
• Excellent manager of people and process.
• Strong personality, natural leader.
