The Role

• Originate, negotiate, and close new projects
• Develop business plans in conjunction with senior management
• Manage real estate acquisitions and organise permitting as required
• Negotiate financial and legal terms, with managerial support
• Manage tracking and reporting systems
• Work closely with Project Financial Teams
• Oversee the Project Management Team
• Develop a cohesive working unit

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years business development or real estate experience
• Working experience in the renewable energy sector
• Financial and project experience
• Proven track record of success in senior level sales
• Substantial experience with regulatory and incentive programs
• Significant site acquisition and permitting experience is preferred
• Highly motivated
• Hardworking and determined characteristics
• Able to manage with ease busy and vibrant teams
• Strong and effective IT skills
• Exceptional communicator
