Data Management Officers Needed, Poland

A large international company in Poland require 2 Data Management Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for data maintenance tasks.

The Role

• Maintain job data on the system
• Verify and maintain active employee records on the system
• Initiate program finance
• Administer appropriate data management actions on the system
• Assist employees with completing documentation on the sign-on pack and maintain relevant records
• Generate time and payroll reports for all for employees
• Generate relevant reports for all contractors

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years’ experience of working in a HR and Data Management environment
• Related SAP experience highly advantageous
• Experience with Corporate Payroll is preferred
• Diligent approach
• Competent on IT systems
